User training tools?

Hello,

I have seen some video tutorials that shows a recording of an expert performing tasks in Windows. The video files are suprisingly small.

Does anyone know of such a program or what they are called? I'm looking for a free solution if possible..

Thanks!

I use Gotomeeting to record my web confernces and training sessions. Video files are managable in WMV format.

Most professional videos are done in Flash or more recently in programs like Breeze or Captivate both formerly Macromedia products now owned by Adobe.

You can also use a program called Camtasia to capture application movements.

Good luck!

CamStudio is one of the BEST free desktop recorders. it will record a window of any size and audio from your speakers or headset microphone. very easy to use and setup as well as codecs to keep the file sizes very small
