It's called 'Time to say goodbye', or in Italian 'Con te partiro'. It's a sort of operatic pop song, written in the 1990s and first sung by the tenor Andrea Bocelli (the old grey haired man). On Strictly Come Dancing he was singing with the Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins (young blonde woman).
